County Clare is situated on the West coast of Ireland. This region is bordered by Lough Derg in the east, Galway Bay in the north, the Atlantic Ocean in the west and by the River Shannon in the south.

County Clare, also known as the 'Banner County' has a living Gaelic tradition, which can be heard and seen in both its music and arts. There are a lot of things to do and see in Clare - beautiful and diverse landscapes, the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren with its wild and rugged landscapes. Moreover, the region offers many activities and many historical sites.
